"Having just turned 40 with an ever-expanding waistline, I decided to join the gym. Not one for competitive sports, it was with a real sense of trepidation that I signed up.
However, I was happy to discover that my preconceptions were entirely wrong and that attending the gym could be both enjoyable and rewarding. They have been tireless in their encouragement and have helped immeasurably in me reaching my target to lose over a stone in weight.
